Mom Needs specializes in women’s feeding kurtas and casual kurtas.
We make every effort to display product colors, designs, and sizes as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or manufacturing differences.
All products are subject to availability.
3. Orders & Payments
Orders can be placed through our official website or authorized sales channels.
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email/message.
We accept secure online payment methods [add details: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, etc.].
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines will be mentioned at checkout and may vary depending on location and courier partner.
Mom Needs is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns/exchanges only if the product is:
Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags.
Requested within 7 days of delivery.
Certain items (like discounted/sale products) may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Return shipping charges may apply unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
6. Cancellations
Orders once placed cannot be canceled after 24 hours.
In case of cancellation before dispatch, refunds (if applicable) will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, product images, logos, and trademarks on our website are the property of Mom Needs.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Mom Needs shall not be held liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Misuse of products after delivery.
Allergic reactions or discomfort caused by fabrics/materials. Customers are advised to check product details before purchase.
